Terms of Service

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a service or using any feature of the GIMI platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using our platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Global Import Mastery Institute provides the following services through our platform:

• Online video courses on importation, digital marketing, AI and related subjects
• One-on-one and group coaching and mentorship sessions
• Personal development, leadership and public speaking training programs
• An affiliate and multi-level marketing program for registered affiliates
• Access to a student learning dashboard, course progress tracking and completion certificates
• Educational content, blog posts and resources published on our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.

To access our courses and services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date

You may not create more than one account per person. Sharing your account login with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund. GIMI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon successful payment for a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own personal and non-commercial educational purposes. This license includes:

• Lifetime access to all purchased course content, including future updates
• Access to downloadable resources, assignments and quizzes included in the course
• The ability to earn a GIMI completion certificate upon meeting all course requirements

This license does not permit you to share, sell, redistribute, reproduce, publicly display or create derivative works from any course content. All course materials remain the intellectual property of GIMI and its instructors.

All prices on the GIMI platform are displayed in Central African Francs (XAF) unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Orange Money
• Visa and Mastercard (via Flutterwave)
• Bank transfers (where applicable)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. GIMI does not store your full payment card details on our servers. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

All course purchases at Global Import Mastery Institute are final and non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed and access to a course or service has been granted, no refund will be issued. For full details, please read our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy page.

By joining the GIMI affiliate program, you agree to promote our courses and services ethically and honestly. As an affiliate, you must:

• Only make truthful and accurate claims about GIMI courses and services
• Not use spam, misleading advertising or deceptive marketing tactics
• Not self-refer — purchasing through your own affiliate link to earn commissions is strictly prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online marketing and advertising
• Not engage in any activity that damages the reputation or brand of GIMI

Commission rates are subject to change at any time. GIMI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account and withhold unpaid commissions if there is evidence of fraud, abuse or violation of these terms. Commission payments are made according to the payout schedule outlined in the affiliate dashboard.

All content on the GIMI platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, brand name, website design, audio content, downloadable resources and the GIMI name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Import Mastery Institute and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, recording, downloading or reproducing course videos or materials without written permission
• Sharing course login credentials or content with third parties
• Reselling, redistributing or republishing any GIMI content in any format
• Using the GIMI name, logo or brand materials without prior written consent
• Creating derivative works based on our course content

Any violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

When using the GIMI platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Posting or sharing offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful content
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users, instructors or GIMI staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
• Using automated tools, bots or scrapers to access or extract platform content
• Impersonating GIMI, its staff or other users
• Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose

GIMI reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these conduct rules, without prior notice and without refund.

Our courses and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver the highest quality educational content, GIMI makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Specific financial results, income levels or business outcomes from applying course knowledge
• The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform at all times
• The completeness, accuracy or suitability of course content for every individual situation

Results from our courses and services depend entirely on the individual’s effort, commitment, market conditions and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and success stories shared on our platform represent individual results and are not guarantees of similar outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Import Mastery Institute and its founders, instructors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, courses or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GIMI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the GIMI platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

GIMI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
