Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Global Import Mastery Institute (GIMI) handles refund requests. We encourage all prospective students to carefully review our course descriptions, previews and FAQs before making a purchase. By enrolling in any of our courses or services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.
All digital course purchases made on globalimportation.com are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all courses offered on our platform, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing — ENG
- Marketing Digital — FRE
- AI Mastery University
- Alibaba Importation
- Importation from China
- Any future courses added to the GIMI platform
This policy exists because our courses are digital products. Upon purchase, you are immediately granted full lifetime access to all course content, videos, materials and certificates. The value has been delivered at the point of access — making the transaction irreversible by nature.
We want to be fully transparent about the reasons behind our no-refund policy:
- Our courses are digital products — once access is granted, the content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
- All course content, curriculum details, instructor information and previews are available before purchase so you can make an informed decision.
- We invest significant resources in creating, hosting and updating our course content to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Granting refunds on digital products would create opportunities for misuse — such as accessing course content and then requesting a refund.
While our general policy is strictly no refunds on course purchases, we recognize that certain exceptional technical circumstances may warrant a review. A refund request may be considered only in the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same course due to a payment processing error.
- Payment was deducted from your account but access to the course was never granted within 48 hours despite contacting our support team.
- A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing any course content whatsoever and our technical team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date, providing proof of payment and a detailed description of the issue. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion.
Fees paid for one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching programs, consulting services and any in-person or live training are also non-refundable once the session has been confirmed and scheduled. If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
In rare cases where GIMI cancels a scheduled coaching session without rescheduling, a full refund or session credit will be offered to the affected client.
Affiliate commissions are earned when a referred student successfully enrolls and completes payment for a course. Since course sales are non-refundable, commissions once credited to your affiliate account are considered earned and final. No clawbacks will be applied on commissions already paid out.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined in Section 3, or if you have a billing dispute or payment issue, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- The name of the course or service purchased
- Your transaction reference number or payment receipt
- A clear description of the issue you experienced
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. All decisions made by GIMI regarding refund requests are final.
Global Import Mastery Institute reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
